But Jan carried his DNA into the pool to prove his guilt.

When Angela lists what all she would have done if she had known, she stops making eye contact and blinks through each statement of what she would have done. It's different than the rest of her interviews…except when she says she's "told him (the prosecutor) everything I could possibly tell him," she closes her eyes, keeps them closed, and blinks twice on the word "everything".
I watched and listened and no – one discussed – "The commotion' of his wife being beaten",, no one in the neighborhood heard splashing in water or argument, Detectives didn't mention this during Investigation, "Husband Clothing" Wife was beaten in the head where is husband blood clothing, even if they (both) fell in the pool, the "bloody clothing" would be somewhere, did husband wash/dry before calling 911… Sad, that Husband had an affair, but "No commotion" between wife and husband at pool…
