Analysing The Issues At Anambra Governorship Election | Sunday Politics

What happens an election during campaign such intimidation as the guest is pointing out has nothing to do with the outcome of the election. Voting buying which is a behavioral thing which has nothing to do with the outcome of the election either. The buyer and the seller of votes are in violation of the electoral laws. The fact that an electorate voted for someone else at the last minute because they were given money does not change the number of registered voter in the polly station. You can look at it as defection at the last minute which politicians shouldn't even be complaining about because this has become their pattern of politics. The only way they can make a case out of vote buying is if they have a written voting agreement with the voter. Even then, it does not call for any action as it still will not affect the outcome of the election.

Obviously the vote buying was the Governor Soludo i can assure you that IPOB will not recognize Soludo i can assure you mark my word . Right now as we speak Soludo has started negotiating with the judge i can assure you so the only people or person that can overturn this Election is IPOB period! Of course Soludo will win himself by merging so as to make sure no one challenge him but that's not going to be the case!

Politicians should stop all these noise and nuances of vote buying charade each time there is election in Nigeria; just to discredit it. Generally, there is no perfect election anywhere in the World but there are yardstick/indexes to measure a free and fair elections as in the one conducted in Anambra State. Amazingly, when you hear some politicians who failed in polls talk about rigging instead of congratulating the winner; watch closely: it means some Politicians are still very naive about what losing a contest [in whatever form] is!
Brazenly and shamelessly too, their unyielding, unwillingness to accept significant distant losses is an indication of gross arrogance against the Will of the people; even when the stack realities obviously known to them; they will lose woefully; they deceitfully keep faulty hopes high; with the aim of causing political upheavals later. For those that lost and are coalescing instead of accepting comprehensive defeat and congratulate the winner; assuming and without conceding that 15 of the opposition wins; who will be declared a winner amongst you! What were their percentage performances at the polls; very abysmal performance! Hence they want to gain acceptance through the back door? That can never be allowed to happen.
To be clear, from all indications bearing pockets of hiccups; not sufficient to truncate the elections; the winner coasted on a landslide victory.
Nigerian politicians should be sportsmanlike, call off the bragging,stop all conspiracies and join hands to see for the betterment of the State Citizenry.
