Freestyle music and Lisa Lisa molded alot of our youth. "All cried out" was the ultimate breakup song but it helped all of grow and FEEL. This interview is short but perfect!
I still think she’s the sexiest woman alive. I just absolutely love her. I love looking at her. She’s just beautiful.
“You were a real trailblazer…do you think you get credit?”

I absolutely love the fact that I know who you are now my mom used to have a radio and nice to work in the kitchen with her and we always listen to 80s and you were always popping on the radio good memories good music on 40 and I absolutely enjoy your music even though I was born in the year that you came out on the scene!!! Thank you so much for all the beauty and music that you and your band put together!!!!
That’s why Sime artists don’t want to be to Grammies they don’t paid them
She deserves more probably she doesn’t get nothing of her sogs Thank You Lisa God doesn’t
❤
No diss to Lisa, she's a very nice person and very talented, plus remained humble. But it was actually Full Force that created the sound, produced the music and started the trend, and other credit goes to The Aleem Brothers, and the Boogie Boys plus the Force MCs (aka Force MDs), even underground Commander Spice (aka Jimmy Spice Curry) was doing that music back in 1983 through 1985). Your research team is not doing a good job.
You still can't go without hearing it now come on now
"I wouldn't change a thing." I love that and love her!!!
I like lisa lisa even bep sampled her song but i think mention before jlo and selena it doesnt count because with all respect she was different style talking abput barries i dont think she Break it
Icon!Legend!
Iconic! Go Lisa! ♥️🔥🖤
My morning wake up song 2025 ❤
I'm 46 and born and raised in Miami. I grew up with Lisa's music and remember hearing her first songs way back when in grade school. All the kids would be so excited when she LLCJ came on the radio and brought her tapes. Miami along with NYC are bastions and pioneers of freestyle music. I moved West 10 years ago due to life's circumstances and didn't think she would be as popular here but she is also huge here, particularly among the Mexican-American communities. I am finally going to see her here in Phoenix at the end of June. Can't wait! Love you Lisa, you are such an inspiration!
Ruined her self with tattoos
