The east wing is also the location of the WH bunker, The Presidential Emergency Operations Center. The underground command center. Who is paying the millions for that mandatory part of the security of the WH? That part of the WH that will be destroyed is not being talked about. How will they rebuild that bunker while having to support the weight of his ballroom foundation most likely on top of that underground command center?
